Why should the creditor's legal name be retained?
The agreement may identify a legal entity that differs from the brand used in advertising.
Preserve that name with the contact and account information.
It helps verify communications and locate the correct complaint route later. A domain name by itself does not establish who holds the obligation or which organization is authorized to collect.
